Brazil · Gulf · World
I structure and expand companies in Brazil, the Gulf and worldwide.
I am Marcos Neto, a Brazilian lawyer and entrepreneur. For 28 years I have helped companies organise their corporate, logistics and tax structure and grow beyond borders. Today I live between Dubai and São Paulo.

About
Structure before growth.
A company that grows without structure pays for it: in taxes, in logistics, in misaligned partners and in markets entered at the wrong time.
I am a Brazilian lawyer and founding partner of NCSA Advogados, where I work in tax and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and cross-border transactions. I personally lead the firm's M&A and international practice.
Over 28 years I have restructured the corporate, logistics and tax organisation of more than 130 companies and taken more than 60 brands beyond Brazil. I work with retail, distribution, fashion and consumer brands, from structure design to implementation.
Since 2024 I have been CEO of ExpandME Global Partners, which takes Brazilian companies to the UAE, the Gulf and South Asia, and Gulf companies to Brazil. I am also COO of The Coolrator, a concept store in DIFC, Dubai, where brands test the local market.
I speak Portuguese, Spanish and English.
